About Us

Ivan Bradley and Steve Clare formed the Practice in 2001 - two former colleagues sharing the same commitment to high quality professional Construction services.

Since it's inception the Partnership has grown, evolving into a Limited Company in 2003, with an ever expanding Client base and an increasing diversity in the nature of projects undertaken.

Matthew Maunder joined the Practice in summer 2003 as a Senior QS to assist the Directors and enhance the services provided to Clients.
